Fantastic local spot! The atmosphere inside is so pleasant, but the awesome staff makes the experience even better—always bright, fast, and happy to help. My go-to is always the M&M flurry, and they nail it every time. Highly recommend!!

10/11/26: Updated. I've come two extra times after my initial visit. I've gotten the same thing as my initial visit; 1 milkshake, 3 scoop sundae. Ice cream? Its still good, but man, those two extra times I got a hispanic woman serving me and she is just... not good. The milkshakes she made tastes like they had too much milk. I handwaved it the first time, cause hey, it can happen, but twice in a row? It did not happen the initial visit. Then she just doesn't smile or strike conversation or anything. Just drops a bag with my ice cream while looking away saying "Have a good day." The woman employee you see in the photos other reviewers took where she's smiling and stuff? That's the lady I had the first time. THAT'S the server I NEED! I'll give it one more chance, else if I meet with a similar experience, guess I'll trek back to Novi 😔. I never had these issues with the Guernsey store. 9/13/26: Picked up some ice cream on the way home. Got a strawberry milkshake and a 3-scoop sundae(lavender honey, maple walnut, strawberry cheesecake). Milkshake? It was greats =03! The construction in the area is terrible.... Absolutely terrible...... But this ice cream makes all your troubles disappear! Great service and delicious ice cream! Thanks Tracy!!
